1. Enter the contact information for the Primary Contact. If you would like to record a second contact click on the button "Add Additional Parent/Guardian".

2. Enter the Player Information. You must enter the date of birth for the player. Click the button "Copy Address, Phone from Primary Contact" to copy the contact information from the Primary Contact to save typing the information again.

3. Click the button at the bottom of the Player Information section to display the available leagues that the player can register for, based on the players date of birth and gender.

4. Select the league the player would like to register for from the drop-down options box. Once the league has been selected a link beside the drop-down box will be displayed that will allow you to view information about the league. Fees pertaining to the selected league will be displayed below under the Fees section. Fees displayed with a check-box to the left of the fee description are optional. Click the check-box if you want to add the fee to the total.

5. If all the information that has been entered appears correct, you must click on the check-box displayed at the bottom of the form in the colored area next to the "I Agree" label. Once you click on the check-box a button will become visible at the bottom of the form that will allow you to submit the registration.
